MP Nishantha Muthuhettigama says that since the alliance talks between President Maithripala Sirisena’s party and Mahinda Rajapaksa party have ended successfully, 2.5 million votes given to the present government will be withdrawn from
Discussions have been going on for a long time and the MP has not said what is going on. In the past, there has been no discussion as to who the presidential candidate is, but it has been postponed due to disagreements over leadership roles if an alliance is formed.
