“Youth for CHEnge” the youth wing of the Front Line Socialist Party ceremoneously launched the magazine “CHEnge” and the event took place at the Western Province Aesthetic Center (NADA) in Colombo 07 on the 15th May 2019.
The first copy of the magazine was proudly presented to Nelum Udawaththage, who is a woman activist in the political struggle with immense courage and strength.
At the occasion of releasing the magazine, Lahiru Weerasekara representing “Youth for CHEnge” addressed the gathering on the theme “The politics of the CHEnge”. Doctor Visakesa Chandrasekaram presented his views under the theme “Political activities and Art”. The Education Secretary of the Front Line Socialist Party, Pubudu Jayagoda led his speech elaborating “Ideological Terrorism” and Professor, Sumanasiri Liyanage presented his views on the topic “Extremism and Terrorism through Marxism”.
The CHEnge magazine is to be published as a periodical under the theme “Bring about Change to Those who Engaged in the Process of Changing”. A copy of a magazine is Rs. 150.00
