New Speaker at the Opening Day for the New Session ?

Both United People’s Freedom Alliance and the Joint Opposition planning to appoint a new Speaker, our sources revealed.
After convening the parliament on the 14th, Maithreepala -Mahinda new alliance would suggest to oust the Speaker Karu Jayasuriya if they have the majority in the parliament. According to the news  reports, a senior MP of the UPFA is to be appointed as the Speaker. Anyway before this,  Karu Jayasuriya most probably would resign from the post otherwise a no-confidence motion would be pending from 113 MPs in the parliament to oust the Speaker.
All of the UPFA MPs do not seem to have any confidence on the current Speaker Karu Jayasuriya and they have already protested about his partial activities, the news sources released.
